New Delhi accuses Islamabad of providing arms and training to Kashmiri militants. However, Islamabad says it only provides moral and political support to Kashmiris. So far no militant outfit has claimed responsibility of the attack.
Militants seeking end of New Delhi's rule are engaged in a guerrilla war with Indian troops stationed in the region since 1989.
Turkey, Iran and Iraq have agreed to consider counter-measures against Kurdish northern Iraq over a planned independence referendum, Turkey's foreign ministry said on Thursday.
In a joint statement, the foreign ministers of the three countries voiced concerns that the referendum would endanger gains Iraq has made against Islamic state nike air max 2017 wit goedkoop , and reiterated worries of potential new conflicts in the region.
